Brazil’s fading soccer star Ronaldo, 32, may be set to retire after making his comeback in a charity match this week. The former national striker, who has been criticised for letting himself go, ruptured a tendon in his knee in February.
Speaking after the match in Morocco, Ronaldo said: “I don’t know if I will continue to play or if I will retire. I have not taken a decision yet. I am in no hurry to make a decision. I want to complete my recovery.”
The three-time player of the year recently turned down an offer to play in Italy for Siena.
