Tragedy struck in the Tyson house on Monday when Exodus Tyson, 7, found his sister, 4, hanging from an exercise machine. Her neck was wrapped in a cord underneath the treadmill’s console.

She was taking off life support today and pronounced dead at 11:45am. Mike Tyson was in Las Vegas at the time of the accident, but flew immediately back to Phoenix upon hearing the news.

Police say there is nothing suspicious in the death and are describing it as a tragic accident.
