Malnutrition on Modern People

Modern people who got perfect daily diet are still at risk of malnutrition because of three things. First, a layer of soil (topsoil) on our earth has critical so that it doesn’t give complete feed for plants and animals that eat grass and leaves.

Second,  it often happen that the way to cook the food is too much, and make most of nutrients are eliminated. Other thing, the foodstuff which is storage in a long time, other than refrigerated, also eliminates some nutrients.

No wonder if now many people complain stiff just because of lack of vitamin B1, and other vitamin B groups. That’s because modern people choose milled rice that has been missing its vitamins B. We hear now  that many people looking for the rice bran, the dregs of milled rice husk and crushed rice is now a higher price than milled rice, the kind of junk food menu, fast food,  and other food which got excessive processed, including that stored in a long time, has lost some nutrients.

The life style of modern people that often want everything practical, and tend to choose the menu that have been stored, or processed in excess (Refine diet), make them have a risk of   nutrient deficiency because most nutrients are contained was lost. If it lasts longer, the more at risk of malnutrition on people who got adequate food/diet.
The malnutrition on people who got adequate food is a common now. If families tend to choose a restaurant menu, canned food, and the all other instant, their body is threatened shortage of one, even more nutrients the body needs every day. If the lack of nutrients that are essential, so the sooner they suffered from malnutrition.

Dry skin, hair falling out quickly, heart pounding, and irregular rhythm, may be caused by lack of nutrients. Essential amino acids which are contained in eggs may not be until the shortage, including essential fatty acids. Malnutrition on modern people who eat enough, not a shortage, is now a common. This is confirmed by emergence of a variety of supplements offered.

If the conditions are like this, then only those who loyal to the ancestral diet that will be saved from malnutrition, in the other word, they can live healthier.
Many people around us whose body was plump and looking healthy, but if checked, there were one or possibly more of nutrients less in the body. Lack only of minerals types like potassium, can cause palpitations.

Selenium deficiency will cause the same. Zinc deficiency, among others will caused the body less resistant. Not surprisingly, all the supplements that cause the malnutrition symptoms on modern people is now offered.

Recently, many people begin to realize that make a mistake on choosing a daily menu.  This is reflected from what offered in the supermarket. All types of food sources of old people now appeared again. There were yams, taro, beans, fresh vegetables, mashed rice, red rice, and brown sugar to cover the nutritional deficiencies that may be happened to many people now.

In addition, as age increases, we recommended to reduce calorie intake. Most calories derived from fat and other foods that completely sweet. The intake of this menu should be limited, as well as menu items such as goat meat.
