Jeremy Mayfield is still claiming that a second series of drug tests that says he tested positive for methamphetamine is wrong. “No, and I’m not going to say it anymore. I’ve said no, no, no. I’ve never used methamphetamine,” he said when asked.

NASCAR claims that Mayfield has been using methamphetamines for many years and says they have affidavits from his stepmother who says she has seen him use the drug before a race in Darlington and on at least 30 other occasions.

Mayfield claims that NASCAR is paying his stepmother for the sworn testimony for money and that she also has tried to blackmail him. He also accuses her of conspiring to kill his father in 2007 when he was found dead of an apparent suicide.
