God if we all had forsight, on half the mistakes we have made. we would never make them. But to assume, that anyone is devoid of some error in judgement is completely unrealistic. The circumstances today are different. considering he stopped using over three years ago, should be enough evidence for anyone. the only reason the commissioner is upset, is because the media is making a big deal. frankly, it is laughable. other nations have been doping for decades. The Russians are a prime example. Every Olympic Metal ever won, was due to doping. Frankly, we have better things to be concerned with. If the Baseball Leaque has any sense, they will make these players do community service on this issue. work with young people and help them through these difficult times, when their parents are stressed out over the economy. Admit your mistake and claim, "I was naive", apologize and move on as if nothing even happened. He needs to go DOWN, but the Yanks and Yank fans won't let that happen because it aint about right or wrong, IT'S ALL about WINNING and in New York, they don't (won't)care because they are starving for another winner.
